Our business is able to provide skills in varying markets, from Reactive Maintenance and Commercial Installations through to Home Improvements and New Build properties.

We are a business that aims to provide reassurance to our customers and we believe this is substantiated in our membership of the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contractors ( NICEIC ) and The Electrical Contractors Association, both of these organisations expect their members to excel in quality workmanship.

Furthermore we are also ISO 9001:2000 Quality Assured, which is awarded to companies that can demonstrate excellent Management Systems, Commitment to Customer Service and development of their staff.

All our staff are fully trained and qualified and vary in skill level from apprentices though to Technician and Engineering Status.

Testing installations to the current edition of the IEE Wiring Regulations means that there is no room for error, which is why we employ fully trained testing engineers.

Our clients include high profile companies such as:

R Durtnell & Sons Ltd, United House Ltd., MITIE, T Brown and Mulalley to name a few.

Our service also includes mobile engineers that are available under our emergency call-out division. This service is regularly used by Home Insurance companies and Housing Associations.

Our Environmental Management System complies with the requirements of ISO:14001:2008, Environmental Management Systems.

We will pursue the use of processes, practices, materials or products which avoid, reduce or control pollution.

In particular, it is our policy to comply with appropriate legislation and regulations, monitor performance, and strive for continuous improvement in:

  • Reduction and Disposal of Waste
  • Efficient use of energy
  • Recycling of material
  • Environmental Project monitoring

Procurement of Materials

As a company, we are totally committed to the reduction, where possible the elimination of pollution.

Our environmental policy and procedures is communicated to all personnel and partners, to ensure the legal and moral obligations, duties and responsibilities are met. Our policy s review yearly and updated where necessary.
Chairmain, Directors and Department managers are directly responsible for ensuring NRT BUILDING SERVICES GROUP comply with the Environmental Policy.
